He is the author of three novels –Spirit Wolf, The Raven, and Lost Pond –all set in the Adirondacks region of New York State. Holdren resides in Fairport, NY.

            Elaine Verstraete is an award-winning illustrator of children’s books. She holds a BFA with honors from Syracuse University and teaches illustration at Rochester Institute of Technology. She resides in Middlesex, NY
